Woven and Spun

I’ve been in denial.  For about two or three weeks now…I’ve been in denial.  Drew is walking – but I am just not ready for it.  I can’t believe it. Where has my baby gone??  Most of the time when we’re at home, he just cruises around from one piece of furniture to another, but two weeks ago while at play group, he stood up and walk over to me across my friend’s living room.  All the other moms jumped up and said, “Oh my gosh, he’s walking!”  I just grabbed him and hugged him as he lunged into my arms.  The child wears a size 5 shoe, has ten teeth, and now he’s walking.  Where has my baby gone…
